The Medical Sales Representative develops new business, manages customer accounts, and drives sales growth.
Monthly salary is AED 3,000–6,000, plus sales commission and a bonus for opening a new account.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license and at least 2–3 years of UAE experience are required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates should know UAE hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals and be able to develop accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivation, target orientation, and the ability to work independently are required.
- A medical background or experience in spine, orthopedics, laser procedures, or general surgical cases is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Build relationships with doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote medical products and services and generate sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate case preparation and execution with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
