Assoc Analyst Distributed Pricing

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to manage distributed customer contracts and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Manage pricing requests from initiation to completion; research issues, answer inquiries, and provide contract operations support.
• Analyze pricing issues, confirm eligibility, determine resolutions, and communicate updates and trends.
• Maintain SAP, Zendesk, and other systems; follow procedures for documenting contract connections and supporting records.
• Review and improve processes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain customer, sales team, and vendor relationships; coordinate meetings to address pricing issues.
• Conduct weekly Price Change Notification audits and communicate changes to customers.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with internal and/or external customers.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including SUM, sorting, charts, and formatting.
• Experience managing time, prioritizing work, tracking details, and meeting multiple project deadlines.
• Experience solving problems, communicating and presenting to varied audiences, and collaborating with internal and external resources.

Preferred qualifications

• High-call-volume customer service experience is preferred.
• SAP, Vistex, Zendesk, and/or AS400 experience is preferred.
