Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and Professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role combines front desk excellence with customer service, requiring a unique blend of hospitality skills and medical clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management - Greet and welcome patients professionally
- Appointment Scheduling & Follow-ups - Manage bookings, confirmations, and reminders
- Patient Communication - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Medical Records Management - Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Patient Hospitality - Prepare and serve refreshments
- Waiting Area Management - Ensure optimal patient experience
- Payment Processing - Handle billing and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical clinic or aesthetic center
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with appointment scheduling and follow-up systems
- Basic hospitality/food preparation skills (serving refreshments)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
