Overview

We are hiring Medical Receptionist for a Medical center in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Job Summary

The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience.

The role is responsible for managing appointments, patient registrations, telephone inquiries, billing support, and administrative duties while maintaining the highest standards of customer service in a cosmetic medical center environment.

Front Desk & Patient Services

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments for doctors and specialists.
  • Ensure accurate patient registration and maintenance of medical records.
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, pricing, and clinic policies.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.

Appointment & Call Management

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Manage appointment calendars and optimize scheduling to maximize clinic efficiency.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed appointments.
  • Coordinate patient consultations and treatment sessions.

Billing & Administrative Support

  • Prepare invoices and process payments through approved payment methods.
  • Maintain daily cash collections and payment records.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers when applicable.
  • Generate reports related to appointments, patient visits, and front-office activities.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all patient records are updated and securely stored.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury cosmetic and aesthetic healthcare standards.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies.

Compliance & Operations

Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and clinic policies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.

Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and management to ensure smooth patient flow.

Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Clinic Receptionist, or Front Desk Executive, preferably within a cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare setting in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with DHA regulations and healthcare administration practices is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Experience

in cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, laser, or plastic surgery clinics.

Strong sales and customer engagement skills with the ability to promote clinic services and treatment packages.

Presentable, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
