Key Responsibiliti
es
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility
Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges professionally
Monitor ticketing, birthday parties, events, and overall guest experience
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies
Coordinate with management on business growth, promotions, and operational improvements
Requirements
Proven experience in Kids Indoor Play Areas, Theme Parks, Trampoline Parks, or Family Entertainment Centers
Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Leader
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operations efficiently
Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards in entertainment/play areas
UAE experiences preferred, in similar industry
