Overview
- Design exclusive Moroccan and contemporary couture kaftan collections.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and embroidery techniques.
- Source luxury fabrics, trims, stones, lace, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
- Create detailed design specifications and tech packs for production.
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, embroiderers, and production teams.
- Conduct fittings and make design modifications to ensure perfect fit and finishing.
- Supervise sample development and final garment production.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's luxury image and market positioning.
- Participate in fashion shows, client consultations, and bespoke design projects.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the design and production process.
