A customer-oriented receptionist is sought to manage front-desk operations and deliver a seamless patient experience.

Reception and patient communications
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
Clinic administration
- Handle billing, payments, insurance coordination, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate schedules for dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinic staff.
- Assist with treatment plans, patient recalls, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Keep the reception area organized and reflective of the clinic's professional image.
Experience and capabilities
- Dental and aesthetic clinic receptionist experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Clinic management software experience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and Microsoft Office proficiency are specified requirements.
- Tagalog proficiency is required.
