Manila polyclinic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager.
The role oversees day-to-day clinic operations, patient care, and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage clinic staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic licensing requirements.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of medical and office supplies.
- Handle patient complaints and inquiries to support a smooth patient journey.
- Coordinate maintenance of clinic equipment and facilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the clinic's reputation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare role is required.
- Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is required.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Employment Type
- The position is full-time and permanent.
