About This Role
Medical Laboratory Technician – Nauru Deployment
We are looking for qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Technicians to join our healthcare deployment team in Nauru. This is a unique opportunity to serve in an international setting and support vital medical services on the island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety and quality standards.
- Assist medical staff by providing accurate and timely laboratory results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory.
- Valid license/board certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Excellent knowledge of lab procedures and equipment.
- Good communication skills and adaptability to diverse environments.
- Overseas or remote-area experience is an advantage but not required.
