Job Purpose
To support business operations by applying scientific knowledge in areas such as data analysis, laboratory work, quality control, or technical support, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support laboratory / technical / operational activities (based on role)
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for project or operational support
- Participate in training and development programs
- Provide general administrative and technical assistance
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in:
- Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Mathematics / Environmental Science / related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Skills
- Basic understanding of scientific concepts and methods
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
