As the first point of contact for our patients, you will manage front-desk operations, coordinate appointments, and deliver exceptional patient service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- **Patient Relations**: Welcome patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and guide them through registration paperwork.
- **Scheduling**: Answer phone calls, manage clinic calendars, book appointments, and handle patient inquiries or cancellations.
- **Insurance & Billing**: Verify patient health insurance eligibility, secure pre-authorizations, collect co-payments, and issue invoices.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) accurately while ensuring complete patient confidentiality.
- **Clinic Flow**: Coordinate directly with nurses, doctors, and laboratory staff to minimize patient wait times and optimize clinic flow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Gender:** Female
- **Age:** Below 40 years old
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist, preferably within a medical center or clinic environment.
- **Education**: Diploma in healthcare administration or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English, Arabic, and Chinese
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with clinic management software / EMR systems.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
