The Call Center Representative will support patient service and healthcare center operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general information.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with medical staff to provide relevant patient information.

- Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is required.
- Previous experience in a medical center is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Candidates must handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in call center software and standard office applications is required.
