Role & Earnings Structure

- By removing the ceiling of a base salary, we offer our consultants a massive
- 25% uncapped commission
- on every deal closed.

- In the fast-growing Riyadh media market, a single high-value brand partnership can yield a commission check larger than a standard monthly salary.
- Your income is tied directly to your hustle.
- **Business Development:**
- You will be the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies, and negotiating high-level contracts.
- **Campaign Management:**
- Work closely with our internal creative teams to ensure the social creators and campaigns you sell meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- **Proven Closer:**
- Proficiency in Media Sales and a track record of high-value negotiation.
- **Strategist:**
- Expert at lead generation and identifying lucrative business opportunities within the GCC market.
- **Relationship Builder:**
- Strong skills in Account Management; you don't just close deals, you build portfolios.
- **Cultural Fit:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- **Language:**
- Fluency in both
- English and Arabic
- is preferred to navigate the Riyadh business landscape effectively.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
