Role & Earnings Structure

  • **Business Development:**
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies, and negotiating high-level contracts.
  • **Campaign Management:**
  • Work closely with our internal creative teams to ensure the social creators and campaigns you sell meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • **Proven Closer:**
  • Proficiency in Media Sales and a track record of high-value negotiation.
  • **Strategist:**
  • Expert at lead generation and identifying lucrative business opportunities within the GCC market.
  • **Relationship Builder:**
  • Strong skills in Account Management; you don't just close deals, you build portfolios.
  • **Cultural Fit:**
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • **Language:**
  • Fluency in both
  • English and Arabic
  • is preferred to navigate the Riyadh business landscape effectively.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
