Media Implementation Manager role focused on integrated media campaign delivery, flawless execution, ongoing optimisation, and commercial outcomes.
Works with internal teams, media partners, and client stakeholders across implementation, reporting, and financial management.
What you will do
- Lead campaign briefing, booking, and buying across multiple media channels.
- Manage campaign setup, activation, optimisation, and pacing against campaign objectives.
- Monitor performance and recommend strategic improvements and actionable optimisation plans.
- Manage budgets, bids, and media investment to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
- Identify testing opportunities, beta products, and innovation initiatives across campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends for performance opportunities.
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with clear commentary and recommendations.
- Partner with client, investment, and agency stakeholders and communicate campaign progress and outcomes.
About you
- Experience in media implementation, campaign activation, or performance marketing in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of digital media channels including Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting, and optimisation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others.
