Overview
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with more than 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Support the development of the annual maintenance of all mechanical equipment and facilities with offshore, communicate the approved operational procedure and instructions to subordinate and monitor the adherence and controller manner.
Identify the training needs and establish the job target for all the jobs in mechanical section under direct supervision and implement the approval workflow.
Communicate and Co-ordinate with the site execution team for tracking the routine/planned activities for the preparation of reports and plan for respective planning engineer review.
Provide effective leadership to building mechanical team individual object and evaluate the employee for training program to enhance the skills.
Plan daily work orders with the assistant head offshore and analyse priority of the maintenance activity , monitor daily maintenance, check ensure prompt response to emergency callouts.
Coordinate with the department to mechanical requirement , closely associate with corrosions ad monitoring and protect program while supervising inspections.
Analyse equipment threats and hazards and ensure implementation of standard operating procedure in order to maintain the integrity of all equipment.
Strong expertise in rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines), vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and root cause failure analysis.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of API/ASME standards, lubrication systems, seals, and rotordynamics.
Proficient in CAD tools, technical documentation, and equipment performance optimization.
