Responsible for production planning, quality control, workforce management, health and safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Control production costs, material usage, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Excellent production planning and organizational skills.
Proven experience managing a joinery factory or production facility.
