Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Accounts with more than 5 years of experience in Construction, Joinery or Fit out industry.
Responsible for managing financial records, project accounting, cost control, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor project costs and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
Prepare project cost reports and variance analysis.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory filings.
