Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, execute, monitor, and control assigned projects to meet objectives in quality, schedule, scope, cost, and safety
- Communicate with project requisitioner, internal & external stakeholders, team members, production, and maintenance representatives
- Regularly report on projects (cost, schedule, cost phasing, forecasting, accruals, KPIs, scorecard variations) and conduct review meetings
- Identify and follow relevant codes & standards, design basis, specifications, and engineering procedures
- Develop and review engineering deliverables and support site execution
- Identify contract execution strategy, relevant suppliers, and develop tendering deliverables
- Conduct technical evaluations and assist in commercial evaluation of bids
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
- 10+ years of direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC projects related to oil/gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industries
- Experience in ammonia and urea fertilizer projects/plants is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Purpose

- Work as discipline members to execute discipline related scope and deliverables
- Compile input to periodic reports, updates to KPIs and CAPEX; ensure cost control
Key Accountabilities

- Ensure communication with project requisitioner, internal & external stakeholders, team members, production, and maintenance representatives

Qualifications
