Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, prioritize, execute, monitor, and control all assigned projects' activities in either the role of project coordinator or member to meet project objectives with relevant quality, within specified time schedule, scope, cost, design basis & specifications, risks, health, safety, energy, and envir
  • Ensure necessary communication with project requisitioner, internal & external stakeholders, team members, production, and maintenance representatives for smooth execution of projects.
  • Ensure regular reporting on projects (cost, schedule, cost phasing, forecasting, accruals, KPIs, scorecard variations etc.) and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Identify and follow relevant codes & standards, design basis, specifications, engineering procedure, technical requirements, and good engineering practices to execute projects.
  • Work along with Engineering Section to develop and conduct systematic and thorough review of engineering deliverables and support to site execution of project works.
  • Identify and follow the right Contract execution strategy, identify relevant suppliers to ensure high quality, cost effective purchases.
  • Develop all deliverables for the tendering process of equipment and services. Conduct technical evaluations and necessary approvals. Assist in commercial evaluation of bids. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
  • 10+ years direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC Projects related to oil/gas or petrochemical or fertiliser industry
  • Experience in Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Projects/Plants is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
