Manage and coordinate mechanical works on construction projects.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and the approved programme.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day mechanical MEP activities at the project site.
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical installations.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate mechanical work with Civil, Electrical, Architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and site requirements.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable UAE standards.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects.
- Strong UAE experience in residential, high-rise, and villa projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical building services.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination.
