- A leading Marine Engineering and Ship Repair Company in Dubai is currently seeking skilled, experienced, and performance-driven professionals to join its growing team.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact marine, offshore, and shipyard projects in a dynamic environment.
- Supervise mechanical repair and maintenance of marine engines, pumps, compressors, valves, and auxiliary systems
- Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion as per technical specifications
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and client representatives
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Marine Engineering, Ship Repair, Shipbuilding, or Offshore industries
- Strong understanding of marine systems, equipment, and operational procedures
- Prior experience in dry-docking and vessel maintenance projects preferred
- Proven leadership ability and capacity to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
