Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer and have passed the Mechanical Engineering Board Examination.
• 6–8 years of experience in an MEP company is preferred.
• At least three years of continuous service with one company.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pumping, and other MEP-related systems.
• Experience in project implementation, site supervision, inspection, coordination, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits and inspections; ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and MEP work according to project specifications and approved drawings.
• Inspect sites regularly to monitor progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and timely completion; coordinate with engineering disciplines, contractors, consultants, and site personnel.
• Resolve technical issues and prepare or review technical reports, inspection reports, drawings, and other project documentation.
• Ensure mechanical and MEP work meets required quality standards.

Work location

• Work location is in person; the role includes regular site visits and inspections.
