What you'll do
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet department goals.
- Ensure product quality and freshness, proper rotation, and accurate stock levels.
- Support daily operations, including cutting, wrapping, labeling, and merchandising meat products.
- Monitor and uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with ordering, inventory control, and department presentation to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Act as the department's key contact in the absence of the Department Manager or Assistant.
What you bring
- Minimum 12 months of experience.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills.
