Front End - Supervisor Full Time Front End

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Keep the work area clean and presentable and stay current with weekly and in-store specials.
• Ensure accurate product labeling and support customer loyalty, sales, and profit.
• Run, monitor, and analyze sales data reports.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, safety standards, food safety, and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor inventory control and participate in final inventory calculations.
• Lead department presentation and act as person in charge when required.
• Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees; provide regular feedback.
• Schedule and monitor breaks, backups, and other departmental activities.
• Follow store lock-up procedures when required.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of department operations and skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma.
• Minimum 12 months of experience.
