Front End - Part Time Supervisor Front End

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is exceptional.
• Apply policies and procedures and ensure department employees follow government health guidelines and occupational health and safety standards.
• Act as a resource for team members and foster trust and communication within the team.
• Perform cash register accounting operations, including money transfers, deposits, checks, and weekly audits, with the front-end manager.
• Perform other related duties.

Qualifications

• At least six months of cashier experience.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale computer systems and proficiency with basic accounting operations.
• Customer-service orientation, interpersonal skills, energy, and ability to foster communication and team spirit.
• Management experience is valued; a high school diploma is an asset.
• Flexible work hours and ability to work overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and tolerate short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
