• Supervise and witness material testing.
• Inspect plants, laboratories, and technicians.
• Manage material submittals and approvals.
• Review technical documents and drawings.
• Coordinate material availability and logistics.
• Maintain testing records and certifications.
• Coordinate engineering issues and risk reviews.
• Support quantity surveying and payment verification.
• Ensure QA/QC and specification compliance.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Monitor team performance and reporting.
• Promote HSE compliance and audits.
• Perform other assigned duties.

:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical reporting, MS Office, basic AutoCAD, laboratory management, and stakeholder communication.
