Support production priorities, AOG and critical spare requirements, accurate material status visibility, safety, and aviation MRO compliance.
Pre-load control and material tracking

- Work with Material Planners to identify and resolve shortages, place material demands, and coordinate parts from Stores, Issue Counter, or Hangar Pre-load Stores.
- Update task cards/NRCs with material availability and track items from demand through receipt, issue, delivery, consumption, return, or cancellation.
- Deliver materials to the correct aircraft, bay, zone, or work area and maintain shift handover logs of demands, shortages, critical spares, AOG parts, and risks.
Urgent parts, segregation, and compliance
- Coordinate urgent AOG and critical parts with Stores, Receiving, Issue Counter, Logistics, and Production; follow up to avoid maintenance delays.
- Verify documentation and movement for ship-shop-ship items, and escalate critical spare risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Segregate serviceable and unserviceable material to prevent misidentification.
- Return unused material to Stores within 24 hours and complete required system actions.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Aviation, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Three or more years of aviation experience in material handling, supply chain, or logistics; Airline/MRO experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRO systems such as CMRO, AMOS, or equivalent; strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
