Master Maintenance Technican

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school education desirable, plus seven to nine years of relevant training and/or experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
• Project estimating and supervision experience.
• Master level skills related to an area in the building trades, including carpentry, locksmith, masonry and concrete foundation work, basic plumbing/wiring, heavy equipment operation and the like.
• Advanced knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to train others and supervise projects.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of staff and students and exhibit good interpersonal skills to revolve issues in a professional manner.

• Budgeted Wage for this Position:
• $19.71 per hour
