Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa therapies and body treatments while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper supplies/equipment in treatment and spa areas.
- Assist guests courteously by answering inquiries and promoting spa services and products.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Support overall spa operations through teamwork, cross-training, attending meetings, and assisting in different spa areas.
Qualifications
Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training.
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.
Knowledge of massage techniques, beauty, and wellness treatments.
