Massage & Beauty Therapist (Facials + Waxing Focus)

We are looking for a skilled Massage & Beauty Therapist with strong experience in facials and beauty treatments to join our team.

This role is suited to someone who is passionate about skin, wellness, and delivering a calm, elevated experience tailored to each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of massage treatments (relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic, etc.) to a high standard
• Perform advanced facial treatments, including skin analysis, customised facials, and result-driven therapies
• Carry out beauty services such as body treatments and grooming where required
• Provide personalised consultations and recommend treatments based on client needs
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and products are used in line with health and safety guidelines
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming, professional environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Massage & Beauty Therapist
• Strong experience in facials and skin treatments is essential
• Relevant certifications in massage and beauty therapy
• Knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a calm, organised, and fast-paced environment
• Experience with booking systems (e.g. Fresha) is a plus
