**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail extensions, and intricate nail art designs.
• Ensure a hygienic, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the appointment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, nail art, and beauty innovations.
• Provide advice on nail health and recommend treatments or services based on client needs.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat visits and maintain high client retention.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide Russian-language support to clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.
• Attend training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**

• Proven experience as a Senior Nail Technician
• Advanced proficiency in Russian and English
• In-depth knowledge of nail care, including Russian manicure techniques, gel, acrylic nails, and nail art.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative skills, and a passion for beauty and wellness.
• Valid certifications in nail technology and health and safety standards.
