Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic wellbeing, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and experienced in traditional Thai massage techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform authentic Thai massage treatments to the highest professional standards.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs.
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each treatment.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens according to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes when required.
- Promote additional wellness services and retail products where appropriate.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements
- Certified qualification in Traditional Thai Massage from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel spa, or massage clinic.
- Strong knowledge of Thai massage techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of other massage modalities (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology) is preferred.
