Hiring a Mason – Precast for Square Precast Factory.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2–3 years of masonry experience; precast concrete industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in precast concrete repair, patching, finishing, and grouting.
- Knowledge of concrete surface preparation, plastering, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with repairing cracks, honeycombs, and other concrete surface defects.
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and comply with quality and safety standards.
- Physically fit and capable of working in factory and construction-site environments.
- UAE precast factory or construction project experience is an advantage.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Salary
- Salary will be discussed during the interview, depending on qualifications and experience.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Perform masonry work on precast concrete.
- Repair, patch, finish, and grout precast concrete.
- Prepare concrete surfaces and carry out plastering and finishing work.
- Repair cracks, honeycombs, and other concrete surface defects.
- Use masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow supervisor instructions and comply with quality and safety standards.
