Helper role supporting daily work at a precast factory.
Work location is in person.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous precast factory or construction industry experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of precast concrete production and general construction is advantageous.
- Must be able to assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and production workers.
- Must safely handle, lift, and transport materials and equipment.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a factory or construction-site environment.
- Must follow supervisor instructions and workplace safety regulations.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and a hardworking approach are sought.
- Previous UAE experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Assist production and construction workers with daily tasks.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment safely.
- Help with cleaning, material preparation, and general factory maintenance.
Compensation
- Salary will be discussed during the interview and depends on qualifications and experience.
