- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience with manpower allocation, daily work planning, and site coordination.
- Ability to ensure work quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE construction or precast industry experience is an advantage.
