Role Purpose
This is a broad, hands-on role within a small marketing function that supports the whole firm.
You will work alongside consultants, directors and partners, translating what they know into content, events and campaigns that reach clients and prospective clients in target markets.
Client Events
- Coordinate the firm's event programme end to end: client roundtables, breakfast briefings, employee onboarding, sector conferences and sponsored exhibitions.
- Handle logistics across venues, suppliers, catering, AV, delegate travel and exhibition stands.
- Manage invitation lists in conjunction with the consulting teams, and run registration, reminders and follow-up.
- Prepare event collateral, delegate packs and branded materials, and track stock between events.
- Attend events to set up, staff the stand or registration desk, support speakers and pack down.
- Support consultants preparing for speaking slots and panel appearances, including slides and briefing notes.
- Capture photography, video and quotes on the day for use across channels.
- Report after each event on attendance, client and prospect engagement, spend against budget and recommendations.
Social Media
- Own the day-to-day content calendar, with LinkedIn as the primary channel.
- Write, design and schedule posts that promote insight, case studies, appointments and events.
- Amplify thought leadership from across the firm and help consultants build their own professional profiles.
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding in the firm's tone of voice and escalating anything client-sensitive.
- Run live coverage from conferences and client events.
- Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and audience make-up.
- Track competitor and sector activity, and bring ideas to the team.
Internal Communications
- Produce the internal firm-wide announcements, keeping a largely client-site based workforce connected.
- Support all-hands sessions, away days and internal engagement events.
Brand
- Apply and safeguard brand guidelines across everything the firm issues, internally and to clients.
- Maintain the asset library: logos, templates, photography, consultant biographies and credentials.
- Keep proposal, pitch and report templates current, and check colleagues' documents for consistency.
- Liaise with designers, printers and agencies on artwork and production.
Campaigns and Business Development Support
- Support campaign delivery across email, social, web and print, including building assets, scheduling sends and updating website pages.
- Help produce insight pieces, client case studies and sector reports, working with the consultants who author them.
- Maintain client and prospect data in the CRM, keeping records accurate, segmented and compliant.
- Assist with proposal and tender documents, including formatting, credentials and team profiles.
- Pull performance figures and contribute to post-campaign reviews.
- Raise purchase orders and track spend against marketing budgets.
Candidate Profile - Essential
- 1-3 years in a marketing role, in-house or agency (internships and placement years count).
- Demonstrable experience running social media for an organisation, not only personally.
- Some exposure to events, whether organising, staffing or supporting them.
- Strong written English and a good eye for detail. Arabic is a plus.
- Confident with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for straightforward design work.
- Organised enough to hold several deadlines at once and flag early when something is at risk.
- Professional and credible with senior colleagues and clients, and discreet with confidential information.
- Willing to travel to events occasionally.
What We Can Offer You
- Competitive compensation structure.
- Comprehensive health-insurance coverage.
- A supportive, entrepreneurial culture with opportunities to grow, innovate, and develop your career.
