What we are looking for:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, creating content, and increasing brand awareness to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Generate leads and support business development initiatives
- Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance
- Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
