About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic direction and business objectives set by headquarters, ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets across multiple dimensions, including country, customer segment, industry, and profitability.
- Develop and implement medium-term and annual business plans, driving key initiatives in market expansion, product development, and brand promotion.
- Identify emerging market and category opportunities, and lead category growth strategies to strengthen market competitiveness.
- Establish and enhance the brand’s market positioning and visibility within target markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and sales channels to support sustainable business growth.
- Formulate and execute pricing, sales, and promotional strategies aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Analyze market performance and sales data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably within an international or fast-paced business environment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition and management, market research, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
