Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote luxury properties and strengthen the ZSR brand across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
include conducting market research, analysing buyer and investor trends, and developing targeted marketing strategies for various property segments.
The role involves creating and managing content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, as well as coordinating events, open houses, and partnerships.
The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to generate qualified leads, track campaign performance, and optimize activities to support revenue and brand growth.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for luxury property listings
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
- **Generate high-quality leads**
- and coordinate closely with the sales team
- Conduct market research and analyse trends
- Manage client communication and enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and establish strong relationships.
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales to conceptualize, design, and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Market Research for analysing trends, identifying opportunities, and staying competitive in the real estate market.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or a luxury brand will be advantageous.
