Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting luxury properties, including conducting property viewings, presenting suitable options, and providing informed advice on market trends and pricing.
The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing a personal pipeline of prospects, and negotiating offers and contracts to close successful transactions.
The Property Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, prepare and update listings, and ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time.
The role also requires building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, excellent customer service, and professional representation of the ZSR Middle East brand.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with high-net-worth and diverse clients.
- Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, prospect qualification, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Foundational knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and transaction processes, ideally within Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Prior experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
