About the Role

: As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our marketing engine.

Owning the execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels.

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, compliance and external partners to launch campaigns that drive real business results.

This is not a “just coordination” role, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership and deliver

Key Responsibilities

  • :
  • Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars)
  • Coordinate offline initiatives (exhibitions, events)
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Define timelines, priorities and deliverables and make sure they happen
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Handle ad-hoc campaigns and urgent launches with speed and precision
  • Independently launch Facebook ads, prepare presentations for webinars, organize in-person meetings with potential clients.

Requirements

  • :
  • 3-6+ years in marketing project management / marketing operations
  • Experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech, or similar industries is a strong plus
  • Proven track record managing both digital campaigns and offline events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across teams - not just within marketing
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
