About This Role

- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
- Lead and manage the User Reach team to complete delivery and publish tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Responsible for the growth of new users and transaction conversion.
- Responsible for product optimization and operational management of the company's outreach tools, including email, announcement, push notifications, etc.
- Develop usage rules to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while balancing user experience and business value.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve the design and functionality of outreach tools, increasing user engagement and conversion rates.
- Track market trends and competitors' outreach tool strategies, and continuously adjust and optimize the company's operational strategy.
- Improve resource utilization efficiency by analyzing data and user feedback, optimizing outreach tool deployment strategies, and resource allocation to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, product management, or related fields with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Strong experience in product management and operational management, familiar with product lifecycle and optimization processes.
- Familiar with market trends and best practices for outreach tools, with some market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, able to make product optimization and operational decisions using a data-driven approach.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multiple outreach tool projects and team resources.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with different departments and team members, as well as effectively communicate with external partners.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to provide innovative product optimization and operational strategies.
- Strong teamwork spirit, able to actively collaborate in cross-departmental and cross-cultural team environments.
- Able to work in high-pressure environments, and effectively handle challenges and pressure in work.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
