The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Megamind IT Solutions marketing strategy, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion across enterprise, government, and healthcare sectors.
This role is responsible for building a strong, differentiated brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with Megamind s AI-driven solutions and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
- Defining and positioning Megamind s value proposition across AI, digital transformation, and healthcare solutions
- Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, content, PR)
- Collaborating closely with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline generation and conversion goals
- Leading content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and website messaging
- Managing brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Overseeing digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics, marketing automation)
- Organizing and managing participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences (e.g., healthcare & AI expos)
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and strategy
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Managing external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns effectively
- Utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance
- Supporting product launches and solution go-to-market strategies
- Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and post-campaign analysis
