We are now looking for an A-grade marketer to join Prosper Group and help scale some of the most exciting luxury developments in the world.

Who This Role Is For

  • This role is for someone who genuinely loves marketing, psychology, branding, performance, and growth.
  • You may currently be:
  • Working in-house for a luxury, property, or lifestyle brand and looking for more scale, challenge, and opportunity
  • Working at an agency but frustrated by low-quality clients, shallow execution, and excessive workload
  • A strong media buyer or growth marketer wanting to become a true operator across strategy,
  • funnels, automation, creative, branding, and sales systems
  • This is not a “manage 40 clients and send reports” type role.
  • You will work deeply with a select group of high-level projects while collaborating directly with founders, sales teams, designers, developers, and content creators to drive real business growth.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • You will be working on globally billion-dollar property brands — not small local businesses.
  • New launches and projects move quickly, with new developments launching every couple of months across international markets.
  • Projects include:
  • Luxury resorts
  • Branded residences
  • Off-plan developments
  • Hospitality concepts
  • Villa developments
  • Investment campaigns
  • Markets include:
  • Bali
  • Dubai
  • Australia
  • International investor markets
  • Campaign budgets range from startup launches through to high-scale international campaigns managing over $100,000 USD per month in Meta ad spend.

What You’ll Do

  • Your responsibilities may include:
  • Managing and scaling Meta advertising campaigns
  • Managing up to $100,000 USD per month in advertising spend
  • Building marketing strategies for luxury developments
  • Working closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Creating and optimising funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems
  • Coordinating with designers, editors, videographers, and copywriters
  • Analysing campaign performance and making fast, data-driven decisions
  • Managing email and WhatsApp nurture systems
  • Helping shape luxury brand positioning and creative direction
  • Testing new creative angles, offers, and growth strategies weekly
  • Working with automation systems, including GoHighLevel and AI workflows
  • Building launch strategies for new developments and projects
  • Collaborating with international teams across marketing and sales
  • No two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads
  • Experience analysing marketing data and KPIs
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast execution and strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong understanding of branding and positioning
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus points if you have experience with:
  • Real estate or property marketing
