Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Jeddah.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that support JOE13’s diverse business lines and brand positioning.

Daily tasks include planning and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, reviewing campaign performance, and optimizing activities based on data and feedback.

The role also involves overseeing content and creative briefs, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

The Marketing Manager will prepare regular reports, manage budgets and timelines, and contribute to new service or product launches through targeted marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
