Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Riyadh Region.

The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and conduct regular outreach through meetings, calls, and presentations.

The role includes preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs across JOE13’s service portfolio.

The position also involves managing and growing key accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales and performance reports to leadership.

The ideal candidate will represent JOE13 professionally with prospective and existing clients, supporting revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
