Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Dubai.
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across the group’s diverse business units, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
Daily responsibilities include planning and managing marketing calendars, overseeing digital and traditional marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and monitoring campaign performance.
The role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitive data, preparing reports and presentations, and optimizing initiatives for maximum impact and return on investment.
The Marketing Manager will also support new product and service launches, manage budgets, and contribute to building a strong, ethical, and customer-focused brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage social media, content, events, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Experience in hospitality, retail, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to international or European markets/brands will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
