Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the GCEO.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, the ability to work independently, and exceptional skills in managing high-level schedules and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Handle all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Arrange and manage business-related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs and solving problems proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Must possess a strong leadership attitude and the ability to take initiative.
  • Proven ability to independently manage executive schedules and high-volume meetings.
  • Experience in handling business-related meetings and corporate coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (experience is mandatory).
  • Any nationality is welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
