Marketing Manager

Overview

• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, clearly defining regional and partner implementation responsibilities.
• Monitor quarterly execution and address any deviations.
• Design and implement training plans for new marketing managers, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing capability development.
• Identify opportunities to successfully introduce and sustain products in the market while maintaining competitiveness and profitability to drive growth and market share.
• Monitor competitor product and pricing developments, providing regular insights, and recommending appropriate countermeasures.
• Lead the regional implementation of central processes related to product planning and pricing (e.g. long-range planning, pricing frameworks).
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies, including campaign planning, media management, and budget control, while ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines. Manage local agency adaptation where required.
• Oversee the development and implementation of point-of-sale materials, ensuring timely updates and consistency across locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events in line with defined timelines and budgets to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and execute events, product launches, conferences, and promotional activities, while supporting partners with best practice standards.
• Establish and implement digital communication strategies, including social media and search engine marketing.
• Develop and steer customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to improve performance across different market maturity levels, covering the full customer lifecycle and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the implementation of systems to enable automated performance reporting.
