You will lead a team to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital techniques.
Market research and analytics will guide content and strategy to align with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and optimize budgets
- Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and oversee training and development
- Create impactful brand assets and optimize website user experience
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, media partnerships, and automation
- Use analytics to improve conversions and stakeholder engagement
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to drive business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of commercial experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skill.
- A passion and curiosity for marketing.
- A desire to be part of a fast-paced and varied business environment where flexibility is a must
